We built our handicap forever home last year. Our builder picked Castillo Brothers. Huge mistake.
Sloppy sheet rock, sheet rock cut to big around outlet. The ugliest spray can orange peel on some areas. Thinned paint which voids the warranty. Did not caulk above exterior windows, many other areas. I guess they thought since the sheet rock is in closets, garage or storage they could get away with the horrible workmanship.
In 4 months they have failed to come back to touch up outside and garage as they were asked
on October 28. We Will have to repaint the interior of our house which is pathetic on a brand new
home!Called 3 times today-first the dishonest receptionist said they were not in, second they were in a meeting the third they were out the office. The fourth lie was John will call you today which he did not.
I have warned all those building in Bocage Farms not to use them. I would suggest the same for everyone. After today I will write the Better Business Bureau sending pictures with formal complaint.
On top of this we paid them $26,210.00 thus far they are avoid doing what is honorable and right... fix their mess ups, caulk and touch up.
