    Reno of Rental Properties

    No Regrets!

    I was recently referred to Cavali Design and Build through a real-estate associate for the renovation of several of my rental properties. I can confidently say that Ashley Cavali and his team members are no doubt talented, efficient, and a huge part of why I'm currently making a much higher return on all my renovated investments. We will definitely be collaborating together in the future.

    Kitchen/Dining remodel

    I was very nervous when I made my final decision to go with Cavali Design and Build to completely redesign and upgrade my 1950's kitchen and dining space however, now that it's complete I could not imagine using anyone else to have made this long awaited vision of mine come to life. Ashley really took the time to understand my vision and made me feel throughout the project that he genuinely cared about all the details as much as my husband and I did. Ashley and the entire Cavali Design & Build crew were also very respectful in their daily communications with us while working onsite at our house. Everyday I get to spend time in my kitchen cooking for the ones I love I think of Ashley and the Cavali crew and how hiring them was one of the best decisions my husband and I have ever made.

    This contractor is not a contractor - he doesn't really know what he is doing. I would not wish his services on my worst enemy. He told me my remodel would be $23K and would take 2 weeks - it was 7 months later and into $30+K he still was not finished - hired an independent Housing Inspector at a tone of $1,000 to inspect the house and he found 60 code violations. He found live wire sitting on installation in the attic - which could cause a fire. I fired Khalek, he put a lien on my house and it cost me over 30K to fix and complete a job with another contractor. Would not recommend AT ALL it is a con-artist at best.

    we are a design consultation firm that over the years have used cavali design and build and has worked closely with ashely k archibald cavali kalek (one person)
    we find the company to be very professional ,prices very reasonable and find him to be a very honest person that would go out of his way to satisfy his clients
    we are fully aware of a client by the name of Beverly Anne Williams,we personally told Ashley after we've met her to run far away from her that there would be nothing that would satisfy her.we have had a walk through of her condo before and after which was a remarkable change even though they made several changes that was not compensated.we are also aware of the way she treated the real estate agent that referred cavali design and build.certainly as a business person myself we try to satisfy every client but it seems that this particular client has a chip on her shoulder, she's hateful , and goes through life thinking the world is trying to do her in.I've also seen the inappropriate text messages at 3 a.m. in the morning that she has sent to ashely cavali I also feel her advances were not reciprocated and this is the result.it's a shame when he go trip she's on because she has no respect for others people's livelihood o respect for their personal life.she got a great job god alone knows why she cant stop,I mean buying someone's company domain names that is just ridiculous and the work of a sick person.

    Con Man Contractor

    Ashely Cavali, or whatever he calls himself lately is a con man and a rip-off artist. He took more than 28,000.00 from me, and what I got was a badly botched renovation. He lies more than pinocchio, and is like a callous arabian sand viper, who will steal your money, and hide under cover of various false names, and 14 different bogas address, and post office boxes.
    Is that characteristic of an honest man? A number of civil lawsuits and tax lienshave been filed against him. including these: Fulton County Magistrate Court #08ED384904. DeKalb County State Court #04D039504. Until October 2014, he operated a bar, Bam Lounge.
    He also told me he is associated with the KKK. Hire this contractor and you will feel as though your skin has been ripped from your bones. AWFUL PERSON!!!!!

    Mr. Cavali is always looking out for the best interest of his client and goes above and beyond to give them a product that exceeds their expectations. He is innovative and price conscious. I have seen several of his projects from small renovations to million dollar new construction. I would refer him for any job - big or small - because I know he will get the job done and leave the client satisfied.
