Hired them to install bathroom tile in three bathrooms and shower doors. The tile work by Robert Sr. was very good but he was unable to finish the work. I showed Robert Jr. what needed to be corrected. There was tile missing in one corner which he never completed. I would give the tile work 3 stars. He said his regular "shower door guy" was not available and sent out two other workers. These were not done well. The one door in the master bath had a gap between the doors and the two panels were not even. The other door looks awful. The one track is not straight and worse of all they put the door on the wrong side from where I wanted it. I asked Robert to come out twice to look at the doors so they could possibly be fixed. He made no effort to come out. He has his $$ and didn't really care about the poor work.

This was the worse experience. I am a senior citizen and they ruined my kitchen and all materials. I paid them half the money. They don't return phone calls, left in themiddle of the job, destroyed my back sold material. Spliced my countertop, glue on my wood floors because they didn't lay anything down fur protecting. This is only a small part of the damage they did. Robert, the owner, stole my dream and ruined my kitchen. He should have his license pulled.

Our experience with Robert Archibeque and CCR tile was a nightmare. We hired him to rip out carpet and install tile in a house we purchased. The three week job turned into months. He was never present, his workers were the most inept, messiest, most unprofessional we've ever experienced. They didn't have proper equipment. The floors were not leveled or properly prepped, the tile was uneven and sloped by several inches within each room. They poured thin set and grout water on the side of our house which hardened, and in a hole in our backyard which they filled with trash. They broke our dishwasher, damaged our kitchen cabinets and our radiators, let thin set dry all over the side of our house and on the bricks on our porch. They didn't dispose of the waste and left it in our garage. We stopped the job prior to them finishing, and within weeks the grout of the existing work was cracking. We filed and were awarded a claim in the amount of $44k from his liability insurance, $25K for poor workman ship and the rest for damages to our house. It still won't cover everything. We still haven't been able to get it all replaced and repaired, and we still can't move our things into our new house 6 months later. The photos are only a few examples. I really hope this never has to happen to anyone else.
