CESC is a 501(c)(3) community-based organization that has delivered energy, environmental, and home repair services to East Bay Area residents since 1986. Our services include: major and minor housing repairs and rehabilitation, energy efficiency audits and installations, and improvements to residences designed to eliminate asthma triggers.
CESC specializes in installing in plumbing projects, and with electric heat pump water heaters in replace of gas storage water heating.
As a nonprofit, CESC hires a local workforce, and puts all profits back into our communities through free home repairs to income qualified residents. We use green and sustainable materials on all our jobs.
