We have searched our extensive customer database, and show no customer by the name of James Martin. We take great pride in our work and treat customers' homes as if they were our own. We have been in business more than 20 years, with most of our employees being family members. We haven't stayed in business 20 plus years by damaging customer's homes. We take customer addresses down at the time they call for service, so we ensure we know where to send invoicing for payment. We don't punch holes in closets with tools, and sadly, we shouldn't have to respond to defamatory and untrue statements. Our plumbing staff are men of integrity who work extremely hard to ensure customer satisfaction. Very rarely, we encounter those people who nothing will satisfy and who are not reasonable. Usually, any of those disagreements can be resolved with a conversation. We are a respectable business and have the largest plumbing/hvac company in Cooke County, so we are apparently doing something right to keep customers happy and continuing to trust us us with their homes and businesses. We have more customers calling for service than we can get to. That's a sign of a reputable business. God bless.
