This company installed our new system in March 2019. September 2020 it was not working correctly. I had to pay a $194 service call and they could not find a problem...and left. I had to pay another company to come out. They found the problem right away and fixed it. I reached out to Champion about reimbursement for the wasted service fee. The girl who answered seemed clueless and said she would check into it. Two weeks later I still have not heard a word from them. Rip off, incompetent crooked are my words to review this business.
