I charge by the hour at a rate of $55.00 per man hour. Larger jobs like bathroom or kitchen remodels
will require a written estimate. I have been in business since the early eighties, primarily as a custom home
builder on the New Jersey shore. I have downsized my business as I near retirement and will take on only small jobs.
My specialty's are custom trim work, bathrooms, kitchens, decks, sheetrock repairs, painting, small plumbing and
electrical repairs and just about anything around the house that needs repair or upgrading.
Note: I will not bid on a job sight unseen. All jobs will be billed at my hourly rate unless a proposal is required.
