We began as a small family business in 2008 in Chicago, Illinois. As a real estate investment fund for local and international investors specializing in renovating single family homes. Then we slowly evolved into a kitchen and bath remodeling company. Chicago Constructions specializes in drywall, flooring, tile, painting and installation.
Our pricing is broken into material cost and labor expenses separately in order for you to know exactly how much you are paying for each item. Transparency being our most important value, customers will have full account of every expenditure and will receive a copy of all receipts at the completion of each project.
Over the years we have updated and remodeled many homes. But we still make sure to treat the space like it’s our very own. We pride ourselves on respecting your space and maintaining the integrity of your home. It is our goal to provide excellent customer service and availability as soon as you are ready to begin.
