    DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! Absolutely no communication between owners and office supervisor. Do not WRITE A GREAT REVIEW EVEN IF THE TECH WAS KIND! You will not be able to edit that review on google!! The owners DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, IT IS A FAMILY OWNED COMPANY THEREFORE ZERO ORGANIZATION WITHIN JOBS COMPLETED AND NON!

    We needed our tankless water heater and a toilet replaced. Eric worked with us and quickly understood our requirements. He had our water heater and toilet replaced within a few days. The inspector came out and approved the installation. We were very pleased with the results. We would recommend them highly.

    I call Cisneros Plumbing after reading the reviews on Yelp.
    I paid to have them pump my tank because everything was backing up and my septic tank was leaking into my front yard. After I paid them $400 30 days later my tank started to back up again. I called them the day before Christmas eve, they told me that their technician documented that my seepage pit was not working, but they never told me. They said they would come out a pump my tank again but it would cost me another $400 dollars.

    If they would have told me the day I called them I could have paid them that day to fix the whole problem rather than keep charging me to pump a broken tank. So I paid an additional $800 to fix my tank because everything was backing up into my yard, instead of just paying them to fix the problem from the beginning.

    How could they document a problem and keep charging their customers without telling them, It would have helped me save some money if they would have told me from the beginning. What they did was take advantage of a person that is new to having a septic tank by charging them for extra services that could have been avoided. I would not recommend them to anyone because what they did was devious and dishonest.
