Two traits that are very evident in each and every project we do. It's part of our process of designing and building distinctive homes.

The recent surge in “green living” has resulted in more and more clients considering alternative construction methods. Also the usage of reclaimed materials is on the rise. We have been implementing simple applications such as concrete countertops all the way to geothermal heat and cooling applications.

The implementation of reclaimed timber is prevalent in the timber frame hybrid and stick framed homes. Stick frame homes have more of a timber frame look with just a few areas accentuated with reclaimed timber. The blending of materials, timber, natural stone, western red cedar and stucco also create a very appealing combination as well.
