I had a really disappointing experience with Trevor and Lacy. They previously owned Precision Fitness, which they suddenly closed after calling their employees in on a weekend and abruptly letting them go. I personally knew several staff members who lost their jobs and livelihoods overnight, and it was genuinely heartbreaking. Additionally, many of us clients had prepaid memberships—myself included—and never received refunds for thousands of dollars we had invested. My attempts to reach Trevor and Lacy went unanswered or were significantly delayed, and the lack of transparency felt very concerning. I'd strongly encourage anyone considering their new business to think carefully about these past experiences.
