This poor rating is due to poor communication and failure to return regarding damaged product. The entire remodel process (small project) was frustrating and we have been trying since Sep to get him to come by to look at and replace a damaged shower tile. Last contact was Nov 21 stating he would stop by to look at the damaged tile. Have not heard from him since.
