Coastal Points Construction is a full service general contracting firm serving clients throughout the state of New Jersey and New York City.
We rely on a wealth of experience and expertise in every type of residential and commercial construction to ensure each job is completed on schedule and to the highest level of cost efficiency.
Coastal Points Construction specializes in historic renovations, multi-family development projects, commercial interior fit-outs and custom home building. We have a full time staff of project managers and skilled tradesmen to complement our extensive network of licensed subcontractors throughout our coverage area.
Coastal Points Construction began operations in July 2005 in the Monmouth County area of New Jersey, with roots in single family residential projects. Our growth has allowed us to expand both geographically and in the scope of projects we service. Today, we perform construction services for both residential and commercial clients throughout the state of New Jersey and the entirety of New York City.
Coastal Points Construction has helped countless homeowners, developers, and emerging businesses turn their visions in to realities. We work extensively with architects who understand local building dynamics and what it takes to complete jobs on time and within budget.
Every project manager at Coastal Points understands the importance of constant communication throughout the construction process. From the design & planning phase through project completion, we are here to make sure our clients’ needs are met at every turn.
Coastal Points Construction is licensed by the Attorney General’s Office of Consumer Affairs in the State of New Jersey, Home Improvement Contractor License No. 13VH02365400 and by the New York City Department of Buildings, General Contractor No. 601511. We are fully insured in NY and NJ for both workers compensation and general liability.
