Originally founded by J.C. Codell as a heavy and highway construction company, the firm diversified in the mid-1980s to specialize in construction management. Codell Construction has completed hundreds of projects across Kentucky, Tennessee, Florida, Louisiana, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, offering construction manager, construction manager at risk, and general contractor services. The company’s portfolio includes both new construction and renovation projects with budgets ranging from one million to forty-five million dollars. Codell serves a variety of commercial and public sector clients, providing comprehensive pre-construction, construction phase, and post-construction phase services. Three generations of the Codell family are actively involved in the company’s management. With a staff of 50 professionals, Codell Construction continues its longstanding tradition in the region.
