Founded in Loveland, Colorado in 1990 by Brian J. Coe, Coe Construction Inc has established itself as an experienced commercial general contractor serving Northern Colorado. The company’s project portfolio includes restaurants, office spaces, hotels, apartment complexes, hospitals and medical facilities, industrial buildings, and banks. Notably, Coe Construction’s early work involved building Sbarro’s restaurants and delivering multiple new store locations for Lone Star. The first major local project in Loveland began in 1994, and by 1995, completed projects exceeded $20 million in value. Leadership transitioned to Gregg Meisinger in 2005, a former senior project manager at the firm, who has continued to guide operations and growth. Employing approximately 20 team members, several of whom have been with the company for over twenty years, Coe Construction maintains long-term relationships with staff and clients alike.
