Founded by Garry Hermann and James Collins in 1973, Collins & Hermann is a specialty contractor that has expanded beyond its St. Louis roots to include Kansas City and Chicago offices, and collectively serving 12 states throughout the Midwest. Focused on transportation, safety and site development components of small, medium and large projects, we are a reliable resource for government or civil projects with metal fabrication, guardrail, highway signs, fencing, civil construction and security barrier needs. Collins and Hermann also maintains a representative office in Shenzhen, China for market research and business development.

What began as a fledgling company equipped with small drill-mounted vehicles has now expanded into a full-service resource that features leading-edge equipment, including auger trucks, backhoes, excavators, rock drilling equipment, and the finest tools on the market.
