if this is the Miguel Jorge that was to install my granite counter top then he is horrible. he will no longer pick up his phone and has promised to install it atleast 3 time since thanksgiving.

Not good at all, I waited for him for 8 days to respond to my A/C problem. His truck had problems last week and he could not put a ladder on a rental he said he was getting at Enterprise. I again explained to him that a 30 ft ladder was needed. He told me about the 36 inch tie down straps that he would put on the condenser. As per code.
I told him that a 30 ft. ladder was available in back of the club house for A/C use. I called him on Friday, April 22rd, 2012 . he said his truck was still in repair. I called him on April 23, 2021 he said he just got his truck. I spoke to him about the cost damage to his van. I did feel badly for him . I know what it's like to be without a vehicle. He said he would call me on Tuesday Morn. I called him at 7:45 on April 27th. He said he would be coming , waiting for his nephew to meet him. I showered and got cleaned up. by 8:30 he was still not here. He told me I would be his first stop in the am. By 9:00 still not here. At 8:25 he said he was 15 minutes away, on his way. He came NOT to my residence , but to upstairs neighbor for some reason. She was involved with this mess also.
He came to my door with his nephew, I asked them to come in . He abruptly said " I can't go on the roof, I can't do it , I'm sorry. I freeked out and asked WHY??????
We waited 8 days for you to get here , I spoke with you 3 times and told you it was a condenser issue. He just said I gotta , got a big job, $68, 000.00 waiting for me and left. How unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and lame this was of Mike Colon.
Don't ever use this company cuz he doesn't give a crap about you. Just looking for the BIG BUCKS.
