The company replaced the windows and doors for our apartment. The work was incomplete with multiple defects. There are holes in the door openings, all metal parts are immediately covered with rust, several windows can not open and close. All screws and locks in a couple months get rusted. Called the company and was told to go by good to fix it. After repeated conversations with the administration of the company, defects in work were not eliminated. Very poor workmanship.

Colonial installed windows and doors for our condominium complex 5 years ago with multiple insufficiencies. To begin with, all 236 doors were installed against hurricane code, opening inward when they were supposed to open outward. Also, all the screws to the door frames we're not finished properly, so they all look like crap. In the report produced by an independent inspector, it was identified that they failed to properly prepare the concrete before installing the windows. It's hard to believe that the Board ever made a final payment to them, but that's a whole other story.
The work was done by a competent crew and completed in a timely way. Thank you, Mike, for a job well done.
