We hired them to build a pool in oct 2020 and asked that the pool be finished by the end of the spring, the contract even called for it to be done around 5/24 it wasnt till late may after calling and emailing them that Joe Comande came down and looked at the property and told us that we need another survey and to take down bushes we did that told them and then we get a call from his son JeromeComande that we need to have our electrical moved and it would cost 4200 so I told him we would like to get another estimate to compare and he never bothered getting back to us. were were they for over 6 and a half months, in between I even gave them a lead on a new client and they never bothered to return her calls. So seeing that I was never going to get the job done before the swimming season was over I got an attorney and ask for my deposit back. I have tried to get other pool contractors to get the job done before the end of the swimming season but they all were booked so I have lost the entire season and have to start over. Never dealt with such an unresponsive company in my life.
