Several years later he went for his commercial license which was considered a (B) commercial building contractor and allowed him to do three stories tall. Several years later he upgraded his license to (A) state certified building commercial license which allows him to do anything in the state of Florida no matter how tall or large. He has done numerous multimillion dollar commercial projects and hundreds of homes in the Central Florida area, as well as other work in other parts of the state. We specialize in high-end residential and commercial projects of any type.
