Don Connelly, Owner & Master Carpenter is a native to Lancaster, His passion began with shop class in Penn Manor where he won many awards for the furniture he created. This propelled an apprenticeship with Brubaker Kitchens as a cabinet maker & installer. He honed his craft & skills and successfully branched out to begin a new company in remodeling residential homes in 1980. Thirty years later he has expanded the business to serve in Central Pa. Integrity, Style and Dedication is brought to every job big or small. He enjoys treating clients as family.

Don has been married to Christine for over 20 years and together they have six children & one granddaughter. Fishing and hunting are quiet passions Don loves when time allows. Don enjoys spending time with his family and often watches them on the professional stage or coaches them in all their sport activities. Currently he is an assistant baseball coach. His budding family has begun entrepreneurship in HVAC, Marketing, Art, and Musical Theater.

Don's core belief is to always serve and to give back to the community. Being apart of the Ware Designer Showcase & Gardens has been very rewarding. Sharing his precision and skill can be enjoyed in the upper room of the Ware Mansion Restoration called Gentleman's Quarters (office and bathroom)

Christine Connelly, Co-Owner earned her associates degree at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and then moved to Lancaster County. Christine worked in management for a local remodeling company. Years later Don and Christine married and have a family of six children and one granddaughter. Christine enjoys helping clients for twenty plus years. Helping to give back to the community has been a priority. Showcasing CRB's meticulous work at the upcoming Ware Mansion for the Presbyterian Retirement Village in May 2014 for the Designers Showcase has been a career highlight.

In 2007, Christine transitioned into real estate and is a Pa Licensed agent at Life Changes Realty Group. She is a member of National Association of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, Lancaster County Association of Realtors and is a member of LCAR Government Affairs Committee. LCAR PAC member. Meeting with elected officials to implement government legislation that positively helps homeowners.

Christine is happily involved with her children's schedules and enjoys spending time with them. Christine has served as a Girl Scout leader and PTO for many years. Currently serving on the board of Citizens Advisory Board of Lancaster County Children and Youth Agency. Pa State Committee of RCLC.
