Starting at the bidding phase we are able to assist the client in all design planning. Once a project is approved to move forward we immediately have our architects and engineers expediate the plans so that we can submit for permits. All trades are versed in scope and prescheduled to ensure a smooth construction timeline. As soon as permits are procured our supervisors are on site over seeing all trades of construction to ensure quality and time efficiency. Project managers will over see the entire project and maintain budget reports, construction schedules and completion photos with the client until completion.
