(CSi) specializes in comprehensive facilities renovation, tenant fit-outs, and architectural specialties installation for healthcare, institutional, commercial, office, education, and manufacturing properties. Since its founding 26 years ago, the Columbus-based, employee-owned firm has developed in-house fabrication shops and self-performance capabilities that enable direct control over resources, scheduling, and workmanship. CSi’s services encompass framing, structural work, interior walls, ceilings, doors, flooring, concrete, masonry, window treatments, MEP preparation, finishes, and millwork. The company has a dedicated division for Division 10, 11, and 12 specialties, providing installation of blinds, shades, marker boards, interior signage, lockers, postal equipment, toilet partitions, and raised flooring. Its wholly owned subsidiary, Atlas Door and Hardware, delivers installation, repair, supply, and custom fabrication of secure door and hardware systems.
