Aria Alfresco

Aria was hired last April 2021. They didn't start work until Sept. 4/1/22- my yard is still in shambles. The first crew, with Luis, didn't install proper drainage behind my retaining wall and apparently didn't know how to square things off. My patio is 5in off from one side to the other. The front of my patio fell off due to being done improperly. The second crew, with Saul, just tried to cover things up. My patio is still off 5 in so the pavers look bad. He didn't keep with the pattern in an attempt to cut costs. He tried to make his own fireplace insert instead of purchasing one...lie I paid for. My yard is still in shambles 6 months later. The customer service is awful. The owner Suresh repeatedly doesn't respond to text or phone calls. I was threatened with a lien on my house due to non-payment of the stone delivered for the retaining wall. My family can't use our backyard as it's a mess and not safe for our 3 children. I am SO disappointed, I read the reviews, I looked at the BBB....o many great reviews and yet my yard isn't done and I've given them over 40K. I was quoted 46K to fix their mess :( Best advise, find another landscaper, you don't want my nightmare ??. See my fb review, I have pics there.

I signed a contract for in excess of $40k with Aria Alfresco in July 2021. Work started in August. The project is still not completed and I have had no contact with anyone in the employ of the company for over a month. I have called but only get voice mails....left messages which have not been returned. I have emailed and texted also. No response to anything. I would strongly advise against doing business with this company

Absolutely a nightmare to deal with...please do not trust this company. They didn't till the land under the sod...so our sod is worthless (PLUS they installed 2 different types of sod...and just told us "they'll grow together."). The irrigation system they put in is a complete mess (We hired an irrigation specialist to come out and he said his 9 year old could have done a better job and it's a complete tear-out). Now they are holding onto 5 figures from us and left the job unfinished and will not return phone calls. We are now resorting to interviewing attorneys...what a mess. Choose a different landscaper who will actually complete the job and show up.

Contracted with this company, paid them in full and three years later am still struggling to get the warranty work completed! We are left with an incomplete, dangerous, not to code staircase leading from our upper deck to below. They refuse to respond to correct the matter. They have sent three separate “repairmen” who have each left the company and then us with unsatisfactory work. They provided no supervision during the project. LED post lights were removed and not replaced, the stringers for the staircase are improperly installed with no stringer on the lateral parts of the staircase, wide gap in the top post (7in) without a baluster or railings, gaps between the hand rails and the posts, improperly installed gate latch, railing with gaps to the posts and on and on! VERY POOR WORK! DOMT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON SUCH AN UNSCRUPULOUS COMPANY!

I hired Aria to landscape my backyard. I wanted a brick patio, a fire pit, an outdoor kitchen and a water feature. They did it all and exceded my expectations! I was so surprised that they even did landscaping during the winter months! The final result was breathtaking! I can't wait for the warmer weather so we can enjoy it fully! Moreover, my budget wasn't quite enough to cover the entire job so I took advantage of the financing to pay for the few things I didn't have covered. I definetely recommend Aria for anyone looking for a professional design, and talented workers that bring the design to life!

Aria Alfresco’s design fits our lifestyle perfectly – we wanted something that would be unique but wouldn’t require too much maintenance. The plant selection was built around low-water requirements, meaning we’re free to enjoy our weekends in the mountains.

We live in a community where many of the homes have a similar feel, including their landscape design. We wanted our design to be distinctive and judging by the number of people who stop in front of our house, we succeeded

Aria Alfresco and Rob did a great job. Rob designed a plan within my budget. I would recommend Aria Alfresco to anyone who wants quality work done for a reasonable price.

We moved into a new home with nothing in the back yard. After interviewing six different landscape companies and then meeting Rob, our decision was to go with Aria Alfresco. Rob had a very unique product called Landmark Ceramics. We used this material instead of flagstone. It does not scratch, stays cool when it is very hot outside, and is also perfect for Colorado weather. We had shown Rob many ideas that we had in mind. He listened and added his ideas and we ended up with a beautiful outdoor living area. We have an extended patio, gas fire pit, lighting, built in grill and bar. Rob, Martin and his crew, were wonderful to work with!! It was a pleasure and I would highly recommend all of them for your landscaping needs!

DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR! They are incompetent, use a subcontractor with his own crew who can't speak English, rarely show up with no phone call, do shoddy work and stand around when the boss is gone. Bernie and his crew showed up to move a huge pile of dirt delivered by dump truck with no wheelbarrow and one shovel! We never received any written or drawn plans prior to the work and the finished product was not anything like we expected.
Matt and Malcolm pick up behind the subcontractor and try their hardest to please the homeowner. If not for these two, we would have been seeking legal action to fix the shoddy work. They could really do better working for a more honorable company.
I usually only write favorable reviews on companies but Aria Alfresco does not deserve to stay in business.

We hired Rob & his team to build our deck & xeriscape our front yard. They did an amazing job. Our home's curb appeal has been completely transformed. They cleaned up well each day. They completed the job in a timely manner given that we some bad weather right in the middle of the project.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the design and work that Aria Alfresco performed for us. We’d collected a lot of images of what we like – but we needed help coming up with the “big picture”. We didn’t want a bunch of isolated features, we wanted a landscape that we could handle all of our family’s activities (including four dogs).

The final design was filled with things my wife and I had never thought about but which would meet our goal of a backyard that we could enjoy as a with friends. Late nights around the fire pit, toasting marshmallows and drinking wine, makes for a perfect evening and Rob’s suggestion capped a design that we’re thrilled with.

We used to spend much very little time in our backyard - our entertaining was almost always inside our home. Now, we spend much of our time outside with friends and family. Our parties are spent on the new paver patio, with my husband at the grill, while neighbors and friends lounge in all the new spaces surrounded by retaining walls and trees. At night, we gather around the fireplace and enjoy our wonderful evenings! It’s not just our back yard that was transformed, it’s really the way we spent much of our days. Thanks to Rob and Aria Alfresco, we spend more time outside, more time with friends and family, more time enjoying Colorado!

In my initial meeting with Rob, we discussed my vision for my home’s landscape. Rob listened to me and came back with a design that showed he really heard what I was looking for – especially my desire for privacy from nearby homes. I was working on a budget and I didn’t feel pressured to go beyond it – instead, he gave me options to choose from and talked openly about where I could save some money.

I found the crew to be quiet, respectful, hard-working and their work to be of high quality. Thank you to Rob and his crew for a great experience and for giving me exactly what I hoped for when I began the project; a landscape I love being in and the feeling of privacy that I wanted.

Rob and his team at Aria Alfresco recently completed a renovation on our front yard. This included a retaining wall and other stone features, a small pergola, lighting, leveling out the lawn, sprinklers, sod, and a series of flower beds. The weekend never fails to bring neighbors walking by and stopping to admire their work.

Rob was a pleasure to work with; he is creative, patient and a good communicator. We stayed on time and on budget. Not surprisingly, we’re thinking about updates to the back yard and will happily employ Aria Alfresco again.
