Contract Properties is a family owned and operated business since 1993. We are a commercial & residential maintenance company that serves the middle TN area. Our portfolio contains over 1,000 properties. In order to provide our clients with the most rapid and efficient services possible, we have acquired over 60 employees, 30 fleet trucks, 14 snow trucks, 6 sweeper trucks, 2 bucket trucks, and 1 dump truck. We are licensed contractors, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and electricians. We also provide our customers with 24/7 emergency servicing. Our goal is to be a leading partner with property managers to be their one and only phone call for any property maintenance needs.
