Costina Costruction, our residential renovation division handles all aspects of home renovations - from kitchens, bathrooms, additions and new construction we have the tools and craftsmanship to deliver an immaculate end product.

For property managers or multi-unit owners, Costina Construction can produce turn-key projects. We handle all aspects of multi-unit renovation - vacant or tenant occupied. Whether the project calls for full or partial unit renovations, hallway/stair case painting or exterior aesthetic upgrades ... we the have the tools and manpower to deliver on all milestones and deadlines.

Lastly, we handle various commercial projects - professional office renovations, tenant build-outs, restaurant renovations and code violation repair.
