Approximately 75% of our business is custom home construction with projects ranging from $150K to 1,500K, 15% is remodeling and 10% is light commercial. My wife Janet and I operate the business together. We give a superior level of attention to detail and strive to exceed the requirement of local and state the building codes to ensure our customers are satisfied with the products we offer.
The construction industry is continually changing with new technology, improving in an effort to make housing and commercial structures more energy efficient and sustainable. These improvements do more than save energy; it improves the quality of living in these structures. We are continually educating ourselves and looking for ways to improve our processes to reduce cost and improve the quality of our homes.
