Craig Bagley Architect is a full service architectural practice serving northern and central California since 1993. Our residential work ranges from contemporary to historic preservation.
Your home or work environment deserves thoughtful attention to the quality of the space. We look to add value to your project through the design process. Your vision comes first, and a successful collaboration requires careful listening to your requirements.
The initial design process usually involves giving you a number of alternative sketches to address your requirements, and helping you make an informed choice. This, in turn, becomes the starting point for construction and permit drawings later. We encourage homeowners to hire a contractor early on in the design stage, and use the original sketch drawings to give you preliminary cost information. Later, in preparing construction and permit drawings, we can offer 3D modeling capability, and we incorporate green building design where appropriate.
