Background Experience and Summary
Mr. Gutierrez has experience in overseeing the overall operation of construction projects from the creation of bid packages, through the transition from award, preconstruction, construction, and post construction process. Many of those projects were performed simultaneously at various locations in separate states of the country. Some of those projects had to be coordinated around high tide or in remote and isolated locations far away from local communities where the logistics of personnel, equipment, and materials required precise planning and scheduling. All projects performed met the highest standards of quality with emphasis on the safety of the worker, the facilities, the equipment, materials, and the environment.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

After graduating from college Mr. Gutierrez worked for Owens Corning Fiberglass Corporation on various process operations. Later he joined with Westinghouse Electric Corporation where he oversaw and managed various remodeling of existing Department of Energy (DOE) facilities and the construction of new facilities of which one of those projects being more than 1 billion dollars. Later Mr. Gutierrez left the corporate sector to start his own construction company named Diamante Contractors Inc. he grew the company to a successful Government Contractor (DOE, Army, Airforce, Parks & Recreation, etc.) from the ground-up to a financially ($9 million dollar) stable company which he closed in 2008 when the economy crashed.

Not willing to give up his passion as a contractor and builder in 2016 he started a new construction firm titled Creto Enterprise LLC. Mr. Gutierrez is concentrating his efforts exclusively in the residential sector. After performing many remodeling jobs and establishing high dependable subcontractors Mr. Gutierrez is poised at remodeling high quality homes and building new quality homes as well.
