Custom Electric Systems, Inc

1) Back in 1982, Jim and his friend Bill began doing side work to make a little extra money. They both had full-time jobs but did the electrical work for friends etc who were doing projects. Over a 10 year period, they had built up their business. Then in 1993 or so, Jim was laid off his job as a project accountant for Guilbane building Co. So, he decided to do his business full time. Over time he hired mechanics as the jobs were coming in too fast for him to keep up. We have anywhere from 12 - 6 employees, depending on how much work we have. We do both commercial and residential new and repair (old) work. We also do data/network installations. We do a lot of work for churches and schools. We do quality work and stand behind all we do. We follow the NEC. We are licensed, insured and bonded (DC) in the DMV.

2) We install ceiling fan/chandeliers/recessed lights/sub-panels/heavy-ups for residential and commercial. Installation of home generators/outside lighting for security. We work with general contractors on homeowners projects ie additions.

3) Attached are a couple pictures of a data job we did. The first picture shows how the closets looked before we began working on them. The next picture shows approx. 1/2 way through the job. Note how the cables are neatly connected and wrapped.
