Mike Foster Custom Homes, Inc., was established in 1995, but Mike’s experience in homebuilding started much earlier than that. In 1980, Mike worked for a custom homebuilder helping with many phases of construction. After a service mission for his church from 1982 to 1983, he worked for a production homebuilder/developer while attending college. He got his first real experience in supervision when that production builder put Mike in charge of constructing their new headquarters, which was a 22,000 sq. ft. bank/office building. His real love, however, was in custom homes, so he went to work for a custom homebuilder from 1985 to 1988.
