Maroni Building Company was established in 2014 by Derek William Maroni after a lifelong introduction to the construction industry. The industrious Derek W. Maroni is the founder and acting CEO of the company. He is the son of renown engineer Mark Frank Maroni, grandson of the late, world renown and celebrated engineer Frank William Maroni and great grandson of the late, development contractor William Mark Maroni. Together, these family members took executive rolls in the conception and realization of tens of billions of dollars in construction projects. From a young age, Derek took an interest in the conceptualization of building ,akin to his forefathers. Growing up around blueprints he began dissecting the work of the esteemed civil engineers around him. Under the tutelage of these great building engineers Maroni Building Company has organized family-like leadership with the standard of excellence. It is with these innate merits that Maroni Building Company is striving to become the most prolific builder and real estate developer yet. The future is bright and we look forward to marking our mark on the industry.
