Last December (2017) I hired Dan to install a brand new furnace in a rental unit I own. It worked well for the winter. This past weekend, my tenants reported that the furnace was blowing cool air. Well, I contacted Dan, since he installed it, on Saturday to which he replied that he could get to it on Sunday. After various attempts ro contact hom via phone, text, and Facebook messenger, Dan evaded me and continued to do so. I had to contact another company to come look at the furnace. Apparently, Dan only completes his job halfway. Upon installing the new furnace last year, he failed to install a new digital thermostat so that the circuit board doesn't blow over and over again. He's pricey and I figured he'd do the job right for the priced. I figured wrong. Please contact a contractor and/or a heating and furnace company that doesn't have "handy" in it.

In 2007 he was supposed to do a small roofing job for me. He was recommended by a co-worker so I thought he was trustworthy. He asked for some money for materials and stupidly I gave him a check. He never came back to do any work. I called him many times. He still never came, never returned my money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CROOK!!!!
