Dan had remodeled my kitchen, bath and installed new ceiling lighting. He was very professional. The kitchen came out Beautiful and my bathroom..all I can say is WOW!! Dan went above and beyond on the work that was performed and I couldn't be anymore pleased. His electrical work is superior to none. I would highly recommend Dan for any projects in your home. He is always pleasant to work with and I would definitely hire him again to do work in my home.

Buying and remodeling a foreclosed house can be full of surprises, and not the good kind. Working with Dan eased my anxiety as he helped us with everything - he even drew up the plans for removing a load barring wall and had them approved by the village architect saving us tons of money. He fully remodeled our 1950s kitchen and made it look like it came out of a HGTV show. He brought our ancient electrical system up to date and fixed a long list of code issues. He was clean, efficient and reasonable and showed great attention to detail. I can't forget to mention that he did all this while we were living in the house and constantly being followed by 3 large dogs that were his best friends by the time the project was completed. I would highly recommend him for any renovation or electrical projects!!!

I have used Dan for twice in 2 different houses for total kitchen remodeling and electric. My kitchens are gorgeous they look like they have come out of magazine. His price is quite fair he has put in beautiful ceiling lighting remodeled my bathrooms. In the house that I live now is about 40 miles from Chicago I didn't think Dan would work this far out so I had some other contractors give me quotes they were all more expensive then could not understand what I wanted. I called Dan and asked if he would travel this far and he did. He did exactly what I wanted and I couldn't be happy with the results. He also a does great electrical work.

Dan started our project in April of this year. Remodeling a kitchen & Bath. Project started off great. I don't know what happen to Dan, but here we are Nov of 2018 and projects are not complete. We have gone over last 2 weeks with no phone call or Text. The last item he did was install a toilet, but can't be used because it leaks.
He also has been given money to do another project, 2 months ago. No material or starting of that job has happened
We now are probably going to have to hire an attorney
