Founded in 2008, Dantor Martinez Construction is a Palm Desert based residential and commercial construction company that was started during the downturn of the real estate market by Daniel and Christina Martinez. When developers were closing their doors, Danny and Christina opened theirs - with an incredible commitment to making every space, no matter the size or location, a livable, functional and aesthetically pleasing one.

Dantor Martinez Construction makes the building process easy and transparent by providing an easy to use project management mobile application and personal job facilitation for every client to access. Our virtual portal also allows our clients to easily manage their construction budget, review and approve change orders, make selections via their mobile phones and receive daily photo updates of their project.

Our continued collaboration with skilled architects, engineers, specialty contractors, designers, and our in house realtor provides every client with additional expertise from the important aspects that are necessary to develop and renovate. Vast experience building in the Coachella Valley has allowed us to create dependable relationships with qualified reliable contractors necessary to provide the level of service our clients expect for their investment.

Because we believe the road to success is always under construction, we are constantly educating our team with ever-changing laws, energy conservation laws, building codes, and market trends that affect the construction industry today.
