At first there was great communication, but I was lead to a site that I had I to confirm my appointment, so I followed the directions and got to a place I had to pay $550 for the appointment. When I declined to make the appointment, they replied and said that the charged would have been deducted from the work they did. Wooppi!! !!But....what if I didn't decide to work with them?? I would have lost the money? Sorry, but I am in Sales and I understand it is a lot of work to go meet with clients, put together a quote and it stinks when you don't get the account, but that is why you need to be aggressive and the best at what you do!! It's called competition. I deal with it everyday. You don't charge for that. They might need to explain that better. or change the way they have their clients make appointments. It was a horrible turn off!
