    Andrew was hired by Amazon DIFY to install my tankless gas water heater (I purchased the install through amazon for $1095). Andrew began the work in May 2012. He was very friendly, and seemed honest and hard working. We had a miscommunication, and the water heater needed to be moved a bit (to an adjacent wall) after some other work was done. He told me the move shouldn't be more than a few hundred dollars for another plumber to do. He offered to do it himself with 1/3 to 1/2 discount. Today is 2/6/13. After a lot of hassle, excuses, and the H20 heater not passing inspection a number of times, it has finally passed inspection. Andrew charged us an additional $1550 for the work, which after much pushback he generously reduced to $1350.

    It may be that I just don't understand the business, but in most professions if you screw your job up, you don't ask for payment to fix it. I'm glad this project is done, but I would never recommend this company to anyone. I still shake with frustration thinking about how many of my hard earned dollars went to pay for these guys to teach themselves how to install my water heater to code.
