DeVito Builders Inc is a real estate investment, development and construction company that has been actively building throughout the United States for generations. Nicholas DeVito, founder of the company, has had a successful track record as general contractor, roofing contractor, design/builder, renovator and new project builder that spans more than twenty-five years. We also offer financing for work we perform on your property.
Our staff will provide a free estimate, based on plans, PIP, specifications & measurements supplied by owner or work usually within 48 hours after receiving simple information on a project. There is no charge for our time, estimates, design, budgeting and construction advice or any other preliminary service provided from our office. For a small charge, we will visit your property, measure the proposed project, show photos and drawings of similar previously built projects, give design advice tailored to your brand's requirements and prepare a fully itemized budget proposal with clear specifications. We can also prepare preliminary drawings and after your approval, fully detailed architectural plans ready to submit to local authorities for a building permit.
