Cleanliness: We spend a considerable amount of time protecting your possessions from damage and your home from chaos while we work. We use protective coverings, zip walls and air scrubbers and clean up at the end of each day.

Your Safety: At Divine Renovation our processes revolves around ensuring your family and belongings are safe. For instance, you never have to worry about anyone in our organization having the key to your home.

At the beginning of your project, your project manager will ask, "what days and times would you prefer us to be working, and what door do you want us to enter?"

We will replace your dead bolt with one of ours and install a lock box outside with a key in it for our personnel to use. When we are done, we will remove our lock and reinstall your original dead bolt. If you come home, a week, month or a year after we are gone to find a door open, you'll know we did not make a copy of your key.

Pricing:
Our pricing is solid. We will not come back to you and ask for additional money to complete the work. If we make a mistake in budgeting or if there are unexpected material price increases, we cover the difference. If there is a possibility of extra charges being accrued during the course of your job, we will list these extra items and their estimated costs on your proposal and contracts. No Surprises.

We are a one price firm. All materials, delivery fees, removal of trash and sales taxes are included. Anything you pay for or supply will be noted on your proposal and contracts.
