DISGRACEFUL!!!!!! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!!!! If I could put a zero star I would!!! Let me start from the beginning, the owner is named Les, and he was supposed to come out to fix our swamp cooler yesterday between 2 and 4 and never showed up. I tried calling him around 430 seeing where he was but got sent to voicemail, the property group we rent through tried calling and emailing him and we all got ignored! So today I left him a voicemail at around 9am and he called me back extremely hostile saying that he didn’t show up or answer his phone because he never got a work order from the property group. So I call the property group and they resend the email to him with the work order and he calls me back after about 20 minutes and was angry and hostile once again to even get him to come to my house at 3pm today.
So today, it becomes 415 and Les STILL DIDNT SHOW UP!!! He didn’t call me to say he’d be late or anything, so I called him from my phone then my husbands phone because once again we got no answer, just a voicemail. He calls my husbands phone back after about 10 minutes and said he will be an hour more late, my husband said “you were supposed to be here at 3!” And he yelled at my husband on the phone and said “I JUST TOLD YOU ILL BE AN HOUR LATE!!” So my husband hangs up and an hour goes by and we get a knock on the door, my husband answers and Les approaches him very angrily and says he is here to fix the swamp cooler. So my husband asks if he is okay, telling him he seems hostile and Les throws his arms up and yells “fix it your f**king self!” All while kids are in our neighborhood. So my husband tells him he has awful customer service and to get off our property and Les continued to yell and scream curse words at my husband, flipping him off and peeled out of our neighborhood. I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE DISGUSTED WITH A MAN WHO OWNS HIS OWN BUSINESS AND TREATS STRANGERS/CUSTOMERS SO BAD!!! Do not use this man!!!!!!! You’ve been warned!!!! I am posting this everywhere possible and reporting him anywhere I can. This man, Les, deserves to be out of business!!!
