I attended and graduated from the Cal Poly San Luis Obispo School of Architecture and Environmental Design with a BS in Construction Management in 2004. I've also worked in the trades for over 30 yrs. which includes Superintending for large scale residential and commercial contractors. I prefer doing handyman work but I will also take on demo and remodeling jobs. I work alone and am proficient in all phases of residential and commercial construction.
