he said I need a new unit,mine was leaking Freon,,, he was supposed to install everything new,(he left all the old copper and used it,this was in janurary,feb. came and my unit froze up,like the old one,,he went back and recharged it,said they had,nt put enough Freon in it..i believed him.this is at my cabin,we are,nt there much,my wife went down in nov. and it was froze up again,he said that the old copper should have been changed, because the new unit holds more pressure,a week later he went down and replaced the copper,and brought me my cabin keys back,and handed me another bill($760.00),and said it was fixed. I said I had already paid the first time to have the copper replaced,i did,nt want to argue so I paid him..the wife went to the cabin,next week,and it was froze up again and making one hell of a noise,,i called him and texted him for several days,,he finally called me back,said he would go back the next day,,next day came and went,this went on for 9 days,,my wife need her meds, so she came back home,to find that the unit he had just installed at our house(in august) was,nt working right,said he would be here tomorrow,,,evidently tomorrow never comes,,$13,000 dollars I paid and this is the service I get.....whats worse,,i,ve known Donnie brewer 47 years,,i I gave him every chance to make this right. the one star I gave him should have a - negative mark to the left of it..i,m sorry to have to be so negative..............
