Carson was the technician that was sent to our house on a same-day service call. He was amazing he got my generator completely working and relieved all of my fears for the coming storm. He is worth his weight in gold and a very informed person. He took the time to give me a little tutorial so that I know what’s happening next time but with his service abilities I’m not sure they’ll be a next time we’re all actually lose the power of my generator. STOP, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE CROOKS.
The technician Sean was awesome but the con job by the company was totally unacceptable. A brand new air conditioner unit was installed by this company just a year ago. This week the air conditioner quit cooling. We I called the company I was told that there was a 10 year warranty on all parts. I was also told that there would be a $299.00 service charge for them to come out and that it had to be paid before any work was done. The technician arrived at our house, took our payment of $299.00 and checked the unit out. He found the problem and said that in order to fix it we would have to pay an additional $300.00. When I asked if the $299.00 would be deducted from that amount I was told that the cost of the part plus installation would have been $599.00. We called the company and asked again about the warranty on all parts. We were told that the part cost $5.00 but that was because the technician had the part on his truck. she said that if they had to order the part it would cost them over $200.00 dollars. Sounded to me like that was a problem between
Double A and the manufacturer. That $5.00 part took less than 20 minutes to install and we were charged an additional $300.00 which we had to pay before the installation was started. None of this makes any sense to me, in fact it sounds totally unethical. It's this type of business that gives reputable businesses a black eye and a bad name. I hope that Sean is given a great check from the con job we were given by Double A.
By the way, we give Sean a rating of 5. He was very friendly and fixed the unit quickly. We rate the company a minus 7. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Double A installed our 24 KW generator. They handled permits, HOA,propane install, etc. a total professional pleasure. the entire crew, was amazing. Double A also installed a 48 KW for my neigbor. That is who recomended Double A to us.
As an Architect myself, it was good to see team work at its best. -

Double A is by far the best company to install you home generator. They are a family company. I had a young man come to my home and talk to be about the company he told me that his brother was their main installer. When the generator was put in place I was amazed by the professionalism. Every employee shows up in the same outfit. They all seem to work together to achieve the goal of taking care of the customer.

The experience I had from Double A was nothing short of absolutely amazing. Arrived early, in uniform, matching clean trucks, ready to work. No pants hanging off, not dirty vehicles just clean people. They provided a service that I was Willing to pay more money for. Call them. Speak to Candice she took amazing care of me. I love My new generator with buried propane tank and the peace of mind it gives me.

We purchased a 22kw Generac whole house generator from Double A in August of 2021. The all inclusive price we paid
including the product purchase and installation was just under $14,000. These monies were paid in advance of the install as
required by Double A. They installed the generator to connect to our existing gas meter without consideration of the gas
volume required to operate the generator during a lengthy power outage. There were no calculations done by Double A,
based upon the size of the existing gas meter nor in consideration of other gas appliances we routinely use in our home. At
no time were we ever informed by Double A that we would need a larger gas meter and two in line regulators to provide
increased volume to the generator and thus ensure that we would be able to operate as normal during a major outage This
is obviously what we were paying for in buying a very expensive whole house generator. Double A refused to do anything to
correct the deficiencies in their installation under the claim that the basic installation they provided would pass a city
inspection and the generator would run once a week for a short period to keep the generator batteries charged. They had
no remorse in consideration of what they provided us would not allow the product to perform as designed. We were forced
to spend another $1,200 out of our pocket to have a third party install the product correctly due to their lack of business
integrity, There other circumstances involved as well that I will not provide due to the lack of space available on this review.
Double A is an unethical company with no professional integrity. Their sole interest is to gouge the customer financially with
no consideration paid to customer satisfaction and proper product performance. I would highly encourage anyone
considering Double A for product purchases or services to seek alternate sources. I would also happily go into more detail if
desired by an interested party. -

DO NOT do business with this company!! They ran the full price of $14,500 for a generator install when I applied for financing, without my permission! They also falsely added to the estimate after they ran the charge. They stated they’d have it installed in a couple weeks. Then after over 3 months with no permit approved or any work started I cancelled. Angie, the owner, refused to refund my money. After I disputed with the credit company Angie decided to do a partial refund. She claims she’s keeping $5975 for “services rendered” and told me to get a lawyer. They never came to my house and did anything!!! As a senior citizen I feel I was taken advantage of throughout the process. I was unaware for 2 weeks that Double A had been paid the full amount by the finance company. I would have never paid any contractor up front and in full!

My experience working with Double A was an absolute night mare. Their techs shorted my breaker panel (no permit ever pulled) which services my home and, in the process, destroyed a set of speakers attached to my computer, totally trashed my security system to the point that ADT had to replace the entire system, and worst of all fried two laser printers one of which was a high-end color printer I use in my photography hobby. To the techs credit they told me that they caused the problem and while on-site corrected the problem. When I asked the owner to help me replace the printers one of the employees informed me that it was not their problem and they did not intend to help me replace the printers.

Do not do business with this company. I accepted the $699 trip charge to look at my 22kw Generac. The technician was very competent and found the prat that was causing the error messages. Even simulated a power outage and confirmed the only problem was the throttle mixer assembly (Generac Mixer Assy 22KW HSB Part# 0K4649) $210. The technician apologized that he broke the "bad" part would report to HQ to order part. After many calls re part I received estimate for said part and wire harness (another $200) for $2500! of course they deducted the $699 trip fee but to date cannot give me explanation for this estimate. Note technician was already near my location and was on site less than 2 hours.
