Very helpful and very willing to let me do purchase and delivery to site as I wanted. Soooo precise in laying out Trex Deck. Couldn't have been a better arrangement!

I went on Craigslist, and I hired James Paulsen from Paulsen Electrical svc, LLC, to do some electrical work for me on my mobile home. My first request was to install a 3-bulb light fixture above my mirror, in my bathroom Second job was move my electrical outlet for my kitchen stove from the floor to the wall, all he did was take out 4 screws and move it to the wall and screw it to the wall, he did not have to switch out the electrical outlet. I also asked to fix my kitchen dimmer light and he laughed at me when he opened the outlet and found burnt wires and laughed at me and said I was lucky, and that he saved me and my home from burning down. I hired him to investigate why this outlet required me to plug in a device like a toaster into the wall to get the dimmer light to come on that was on the opposite side of the wall. Then I asked him to fix the 2 spare bedrooms wall outlets 7 in all. I described all of this, and he quoted me $500, like a previous contractor quoted me. So, it comes to pay him he asked for $450, Which I thought was way to high considering he did not complete the work of installing the light fixture. He was only here for two hours. I could have moved the outlet on the floor myself from what he did there, no electrical work was done at all. He said his apprentice is the one who did all the work, but he did not check any of his work. I did not notice that none of the ceiling lights were working and none of the wall outlets work; in one of the bedrooms no longer work either; they were working fine, just wanted to update them.
He became extremely rude and called me a crazy trailer trash bitch and accused me of harassing him. He sent me quite a few nasty texts to my phone with more unconventional and inappropriate language I think he is very, very unprofessional and feels he has the right to call me a crazy bitch, simply, because he didn't do the work he promised to do, and I called him on it.
I let a couple of days go by and asked if we could call a truce and begged him to come back to fix the room that has no electricity and fix it. He told me to cease texting him and calling him that he is going to file charges on me and have me served with a no contact order. I was just trying to get my room back up with lights.

CONSUMER BEWARE, STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM THIS SO CALLED ELECTRCIAN. HIS BEHAVIOR SO UNPROFESSIONAL IT MAKES ME WONDER HOW HE GOT A VALID CERTIFIED LICENSE. HE OVER CHARGES FOR THE POOREST WORK ETHICS I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED WITH A CONTRACTOR. I AM REPORTING HIS ACTIONS TO THE DEPT OF LABOR AND INDUSTRY -

Once again we asked Steve and Diane for help when we decided to do dome major remodeling to our 70’s home. They did a great job and we could not be happier. The combination of Steve and Stephen really works well and Diane always has great ideas. Fair and meticulous!

My whole experience with Balstaldi. Construction Company was very positive and my husband and I would wholeheartedly recommend the Company to anyone who needs to replace a roof which was what we had done!
Our communication was with Jorge Zamora from the start to the end of the project! He is so easy to understand the process of the project and was clear in answering our questions! He was always easy to reach if we had questions to be answered! The crew he sent were excellent workers—- no goofing around, did their tasks that were their specific jobs, very hardworking and they knew what needed to get done! Having Angel as the lead was great as he could easily answer any questions we may have had! All in all, We give Balstaldi Construction 5 stars as the overall grade!!

The worst contractor he basically quit in the middle of our house. He had employed a guy with dui problems. So they didn’t work mondays or Tuesdays ,never cleaned up , waisted so much product ,did sloppy work , always had an excuse, tried to over charge us on labor .didn’t read the plans or instructions on anything , had no oversight, never met other contractors on site , they even put the waist pipe on the wrong side of the house , they work out of a van , no job trailer ,no real tools ,only work 7 hours a day , lazy ,sloppy,no energy,no happy faces ,no communication at all. People pretty much thought I was the contractor, they did the worst job I have ever seen , there still stuff I’m fixing they screwed up. Steve should be ashamed of his work , his bad communications he should refund at least half the money we paid him cuz I did most of the work and coordinating all the contractors that where all my people , he has no crew , no one will work for him , I hired all my contractors for him ? He has no business building houses , maybe dog houses lol

Steve and Diane are fantastic to work with. They build with quality and integrity. We couldn’t be more happy or proud of our home, garage and apartment here on Camano Island.

Very quick to build ,lack of detail and quality craftsmanship. finding tons of things wrong with build. feels like hollow overpriced manufactured home for $317k here in Oregon. please do research BBB and other complaint sites. They fight homeowners under warranty until it runs out.Simply Put:This company doesn't deserve your business until they make major changes and overhaul they way they conduct business.

Not what I was expecting in terms of professionalism. My project was handled several months ago, so late in posting. In short, not impressed with completed work and lack of professionalism of both workers and owner who could use a big time attitude adjustment. Wouldn’t recommend.

We were pleased with the work City Energy Systems performed. We had some issues which came up during the Tukwila city inspections which required significant additional work, which they resolved under the original agreement.

Northwest Precision Builders built my dream house, and I only have terrific things to say about the level of communication that Randy and his team demonstrated in understanding my families needs, budget and time constraints. The house is flawless, and Randy is always available for advice and help with maintenance.

We had a new water heater installed in our home today. Trevor & Ben provided very professional, polite service. They were efficient and cared about the work they performed. They both maintained a cheery attitude and it's obvious that they enjoy their work and enjoy working at D.M. Kelly.
Thank you for such excellent service!
