These people work with Galvin Group management now known as 617 management . I got my roof done about a month ago. I met with 2 other roofers but my other units in the HOA went with what our management company told them....DUFFY their "trusted company" I asked DUFFY if the roof had been ripped up and new laid down and not just laid down over old roof. He assured me that it was. I went up there to find the seams bubbling and bowing in the area that was leaking into my kitchen (previously patched over). So did it rot in 4 weeks??? Instead of repointing the chimney this is what they did. This is what they called in the contract "lead flashing"
I would have showed the bowing of the area that was the main problem of leakage but cannot come through on pictures , YELP Review has photos I'm super annoyed for around 13k dollar roofing job I am going to have to be inconvenienced further with time and energy.
