Duga Roofing and Construction

Duga roofing just finished replacing the roofs on our house and our neighbors as well. We live in a 55 and older community so our roofs adjoin so we decided we both would replace our roofs at the same time. I cannot put into words how pleased we both are with the roofing job. 5 guys did both of our roofs in two days. They worked efficiently and had the skills to do an excellent job, each fulfilling a designated role so there was not overlapping or confusion regarding the role each played to make a very efficient operation. Agron Duga the contractor, was honest and upfront about the bid and the work to be done. He explained the roofing materials and other supplies so that we were aware of the quality of materials. I looked for a long time to find someone to waterproof my skylights and repair some carpenter ant damage on a pop out on the house. Other companies would only consider me if I wanted to reroof the whole house or do a major project. They didn't want to do a repair for me. Agron came and gave me an estimate, explaining clearly what needed to be done. he quickly sent me a bid and estimate for the job.
There had been no flashing installed in critical areas where the wall and roof met. When he discovered rotted areas he fixed them. He fixed an area on the deck that had been rebuilt several time to make the water flow to the drain without success. His crew worked hard and got things done right. When the deck was done it was level and nicely finished. The skylight no longer leaked. The repaired area blended in with the rest of the house and had a nice paint job.

When I asked him about other issues not included in this bid he was right up the ladder looking at the issues and did some good will work cleaning a gutter and doing some caulking. I am very pleased with the work Duga Construction did for me. They had a long commute in very bad weather and managed to complete the job in the winter.

Agron is easy to talk to and was eager to do the work professionally and quietly in a residential neighborhood. He was very respnsive about questions and responsible about the work.
