So far, so good. They are fighting on my behalf for a new roof. I thought I’d had to patch it and replace it in 6 months. On my dime. They showed me a different path. And when my insurance company became nasty about it, as I’ve now learned they always do, Dynasty went to bat! We’re still in process, but it’s very nice to know a company actually has your back as an individual. They’re not afraid of insurance companies. At all. A great ally!

The only problem we had was a minor problem with communcation. For instance...we were told the job would be done on Monday, March 1. No one ever showed up that day....we called on the 2nd for a status update. We were informed that the installer was sick that day. We rescheduled on the 3rd....job completed. Everyone at Dynasty was friendly and professional. We would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to call them again. Thank you.

Originally was told that half payment would be due when job started. On Oct16, was asked to sign a contract and lien documents, plus pay a third up front to get the permit wok started. Its been taking longer than expected to get the job permitted/started. Did not get a copy of the permit application or certificate of insurance, etc since then. So, called and was told that they've been waiting for an employee to return from sick leave? Don't mind so much for the delay but should have only paid them once the permit was filed. Will be updating my review as the job progresses ... CbL
