E&F General Contracting is a family owned and operated company serving Long Island for 35 years. We are a second-generation father and son team. Frank started at the age of 12 doing masonry and foundation work. In 1973, he started his own business doing kitchens and extensions. This led him into home renovations which included dormers, extensions and new homes.
In 1985, at the age of 12, his son James started working along side his father from job estimates to general construction. In 1991, after graduating high school, James started working full time and ventured into building new homes as well.
For your convenience, we provide our own trucks to remove debris on a daily basis. This eliminates the need for dumpsters and your job will never look like a work site, resulting in less property damage.
From start to finish, we are a full-service company, focused on customer satisfaction. We only use top quality products and offer expert craftsmanship, achieving superior results.
