East Hill Building and Design LLC is led by Steven Shelley and Taylor Longsworth, both lifelong residents of Northwest Florida with deep ties to the Pensacola area. The company was established in 2007, bringing together Steven’s decades of experience in carpentry, construction, and renovation, and Taylor’s background in fine woodworking, cabinet building, and construction management. East Hill Building and Design serves clients in Pensacola, including the East Hill neighborhood, as well as Escambia and Santa Rosa counties. The company specializes in residential building and renovation projects, drawing on Taylor’s credentials as a state certified general contractor and his academic training in both fine arts and construction management. Steven Shelley is active in the local community, having served as president of the East Hill Neighborhood Association and as a member of the City of Pensacola Zoning Board of Adjustment. Both partners bring a hands-on approach to their work, managing a range of residential construction and remodeling projects throughout the Pensacola area.
