    After a costly and disappointing experience with another Bay Area contractor, I was fortunate to find ED&R (415-565-9371 , www.edremodel.com) to complete the renovation of my Russian Hill condo. ED&R’s work was excellent and timely, despite COVID delays & restrictions, and as the work progressed we built the trust and respect that characterize a successful business relationship.

    Sarmad Khalaf was foreman on the job. He helped choose and configure cabinetry and other finish goods, kept me well-informed of progress, and when the inevitable problems arose he solved them. There were no bad surprises.

    ED&R converted a property with decades of “deferred maintenance” into a beautiful apartment I was able to quickly lease for my asking rent.

    Bathroom kitchen

    Response time was shocking, company set up meeting same week I called. Eddie personally came to my home and gave me a bid. I chose to do my bathroom and kitchen remodel with Eddie Design Remodeling because of how detail oriented Eddie was and how professional! I felt comfortable with the guys working in my home, they were there every time they said they would be and always cleaned up after themselves.
    I am more than happy with my newly renovated kitchen and bath! I would highly recommend this company!!!

    I would highly recommend Eddie Design & Remodeling to anyone looking to get their home re-modeled.

    Eddie was great at listening to my husband's and my needs, and the finished product of our master bed and bathroom remodel came out better than we could have expected.
